These meetings are usually all day multi-sessions, usually with a lunch provided by the hosting chapter. CEUs in various categories can be acquired at these sessions as well as the opportunity to network with other Certified Medical Assistants from around the state. The president of the Massachusetts Society of Medical Assistants, and other Executive Board members, are usually present at these meetings to answer questions from the floor regarding the profession of Medical Assisting as well as to report any information to the members present. These state educational meeting are open to Medical Assistants, EMTs and other allied health professionals that are required to have continuing education points to maintain their certifications/licenses.

The chapters are listed below in order of their rotation on the hosting roster decided at the last Executive Board Meeting held on November 2, 2002 at the Radisson Hotel in Marlboro.
